Most to Least Favourite MBTI

So, lately, I've been spending significant amount of time, answering questions related to MBTI on Quora.

First of all, I think we should all celebrate the fact that we actually have Quora in this world. We can at least try to find an answer for our weirdly specific questions. Something like MBTI.

I think the question "Most to Least Favourite MBTI" is particularly interesting (actually, I just want to story-tell about my observation and judgement on these MBTI types), and I already wrote an answer in Quora for this one, too lazy to write a longer version, just copy paste everything. 

So for those of you interested in MBTI, these are some of my observations on the other 15 types.

ENTP here ☝️

Main consideration whether i like or dislike certain types -> flexibility, depth, intelligence and calm behaviour. 

So… I will start with :

Most favourite to... Ok, I guess?

INTJ -> very intelligent, INTJs I know read books. Everyday, they have new information for me based on their interests. Somehow, they’re able to understand and tolerate my flaws. Their philosophical thinking make me question my own belief and sanity. Which is rare. I am the “know-it-all” asshole when dealing with other type.

INFP -> can only deal with mature INFP. Very emphathetic, creative and genuine. Their empath tendency is really mind-blowing for me. Like, how come you cry when you hear other people’s (not that really sad anyway) story? They always laugh at my jokes also.

ISFJ -> very cute and appear calm on the outside. Looks like someone who get their shit together. Altho, we know that’s not true. Even when they’re feeling awkward, still looks cute. Very caring and at times they look like they wanna feed me and adopt me as their kids (my fav ISFJs are far younger than me. So i dunno how it happens).

INFJ -> surprisingly they’re on the lists after ISFJ (i just prefer caring, harmless, nice ISFJ). INFJ has certain depth, that are amusing and terrifying at the same time. Their pov can sometimes be very dark and judgemental. And the sarcasm tho, top notch.

ENFP -> optimistic, borderline delusional. They’re very optimistic about everything it’s unnerving sometimes. But when I need some assurance on my crazy ideas, they’re my go to person. In some ways, they’re crazier and can be so far-fetched, it’s mindblowing.

ESTJ -> They are VERY reliable and dependable. Their intelligence aren’t relying on intuition but on other things like spatial awareness or visual memory. And they are very efficient in what they do. Although, i just can’t tolerate their tendency of being unable to make assumptions on anything. So every info should be broken down into pieces for them. For “bigger picture” people like me. It’s very infuriating.

ENFJ -> VERY GOOD with social cues. They’re not ur usual social butterfly (at least not the laid-back, cool, easygoing or bubbly kind). They can be emotionally intense and their tendency to care for their own people is amazing. Befriend an ENFJ and you’ll know. They just know how to deal with people and will die for their tribe.

ESFP -> these people are always on “have fun go lucky” vibe. They love people, eventho it usually create drama in their life (somehow). Might seems superficial at first (they are), upon closer looks, there’s some depth in it. They’re quite tune in with their emotion and feelings. As long as I’m fine with their superficial, materialistic tendency -> we’re good.

ESTP -> cool kids vibe. I only have 1 ESTP female friend and she’s effortlessly beautiful. Can be very rude, they can call someone “stupid” on their face, like they don’t understand how to be rude with sarcasm. With them you get what you expect. Obsessed with sports activity (yoga, pilates, mountain climbing, you name it).

ISTP -> very smart bunch. Too straightforward for my taste. But with them, no need to overanalyze stuff. They meant what they say and say what they meant. As long as you’re ok with their bluntness (sometimes can lead to blunder their way down)

INTP -> don’t have any INTP that are close to me. Impressions on them ; awkward, smart and same with me, they also have obsession on weird stuff like animals (their obsession is weirder than me tho). Pretty chill and laid-back

ISFP -> artsy and get misunderstood often by their surroundings. Seems to be lost in their thought sometimes. When they’re tune in on something they can be really smart and creative on the problem-solving.

3 Least favourite (sorry ✌️)

ENTJ -> Honestly? I respect them. But their intensity make me wanna slap their face and kick their head. Efficient and competent. Not only good at doing the work, but also good on making their way to the highest ladder in society. Tbh, despite the stereotype, these people are good listener with good advice. But still, I’d rather die than to deal with them everyday.

ESFJ -> self-righteous and can be very close minded. I hate one dimensional people, and it’s hard to have a conversation with them. Thinking that their current moral compass and belief is the best and actually live by that. Like come on…? You add “also religious” to it -> hell. I’d rather have a conversation with the devils.

ISTJ -> I don’t know if I should put them on “least favourite”. My brother is one. And he’s very kind, act-of-service kinda guy. He shows love by providing safety and stability to your life. Get frustrated easily by people’s choice. I just really can’t stand their judgemental view on life “it’s wrong to do this.”. They’re also very particular with their schedule, it’s rather freaky to me. I mean what’s the difference between 10.00 AM and 10.05 AM? Are you planning to save the world in the span of those 5 minutes??? Their internal schedule inside their head is just… euwhh.. don’t even have words for this. Just disgusting and annoying.

My own type

ENTP -> i haven’t find another ENTP in my life. But if I have to befriended myself… no thanks. They’re on my list after ISTJ

Guys, this is just based on my own experience and the people I know. I might mistype these people (tho unlikely, I’m pretty observant). You get the point.
